- How does pickup and delivery work?

- Schedule at least 24 hours ahead and leave your bag at your door. We collect it, wash it, fold it and return it — free pickup and delivery across Minneapolis, St. Paul and the metro.
- How fast will I get my laundry back?

- Signature Care is 48-hour service at $3.75/lb. Express Care returns your order in 24 hours at $4.75/lb.
- Is there a minimum order?

- Yes — a 15 lb minimum applies to all orders. Most household loads comfortably exceed it.
- Do you offer anything for new customers?

- Yes — every first-time customer receives $20 off their first order. It's applied automatically when we weigh your laundry and charge your card, so there's no code to enter.
- How much will it cost?

- A typical family of four generates about 36 lbs of laundry a week. At Signature Care ($3.75/lb) that's about $135 a week, or roughly $171 on Express Care ($4.75/lb) for 24-hour service. A couple at ~22 lbs runs about $83 a week, and a single household at 15 lbs is about $56. Pickup and delivery are always free — use the estimator on this page to price your exact order.
- Do you price bedding and bulky items separately?

- Yes. Comforters and duvets are $15 each ($20 for king), blankets and quilts $12, mattress pads $12, bed pillows $10 and sheet sets $10 — so they don't eat up your per-pound weight.
- Can I set up recurring pickups?

- Yes, and you'll save. Weekly households receive 10% off every order and bi-weekly households receive 5% off. Choose your frequency when you book and we'll keep the same window each cycle.
- What pickup windows do you offer?

- Two windows daily — 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Bookings are scheduled at least 24 hours out, so the earliest date you can select is tomorrow.
- Do you sell gift cards?

- We do — a favorite for new parents, housewarmings and holidays. Text or call (612) 900-0145 and we'll email a card with your note the same day.
- Will my laundry be washed with someone else's?

- Never. One household per machine, always. Your order is washed, dried and folded separately from start to finish.
- Can you use fragrance-free detergent?

- Absolutely. Choose lightly scented or unscented hypoallergenic when you book, and tell us about any sensitivities or preferred products.
- How do you choose your detergents?

- We continuously research the highest-performing detergents rather than settling on one supplier. Our selection is based on Consumer Reports findings, independent lab testing, and real-world performance on household loads — and we re-evaluate as new formulas are released.
- Can I add treatments to my order?

- Yes. At booking you can add White Revive for brightening whites, the Pressed Laundry Booster for heavily soiled loads, and the Pressed Odor Enzyme for gym gear, pet bedding and anything that needs odor eliminated at the source.
- What about delicates, activewear and hang-dry items?

- They're included. We fasten bras before washing, identify hang-dry pieces, and handle silks, wool and sweaters with care. Light steaming is available on request.
- What if my order needs extensive specialty care?

- If an order is primarily delicate garments needing extensive handling, we'll send a custom quote before we begin — no surprises.
